Bandeja Padel started withone player's dedication to the sport

He'd spent years chasing performance before padel ever entered the picture — training for Hyrox, finishing an Ironman, treating fitness as identity rather than hobby. When padel reached India, he brought the same intensity to the court. Soon, he ran into a wall every player was hitting.

The rackets weren't built for the game being played. One shape. One spec. No say in colour, finish, or feel. Walk into any court in the country and every racket on every court looked the same.

So he went back to first principles — studying how a padel racket is actually built, layer by layer, material by material — and started Bandeja. Not to sell another racket, but to build the one Indian players hadn't been offered yet: one that's actually built around them.
